How results were measured
Bookings were measured in the practice booking system, not as form submissions, so a booking meant an appointment actually scheduled. Local visibility was measured on a geographic grid around each location rather than as a single average position, because a city-wide average hides which neighbourhoods a practice is invisible in.

Baseline was recorded per location: map-pack position on a fixed geographic grid, calls, direction requests and appointments booked, plus cost per lead by source.
